As pumpkin themed fare has yielded to Christmas parties and season’s greetings, much has developed at Avalaire, the highly anticipated north Raleigh estate community in which we are building the model home and sales center. Excitement is growing around this neighborhood, and sales activity has really kicked up in the past couple of months. It’s been a while since we’ve given an update on Avalaire’s status, so here it goes:

The streets are paved, lots are marked, and signage now greets passing traffic on Durant road. We have broken ground on the first home of the neighborhood on lot 38, the stately alpine-esque design that will serve as the neighborhood’s sales center and model home for 3 years. This 7,900 square foot beauty will be our first showcase home in nearly 9 years, and it’s slated to be our most technologically advanced and one of our greenest homes ever.

The foundation is in the ground, framing is well underway, and we are anticipating an early fall ’17 completion. We are so thrilled to be rolling on this project! Check out the latest 3D renderings:

The front elevation. Circle drive will actually loop through the entry portico, and actual colors will vary a bit, but overall this is a gorgeous portrayal of what’s to come!

The rear elevation. On the far right, an outdoor shower and cabana bath service the pool. Deeper into the home from there, the owner’s suite  opens out onto a terrace that steps down to the pool level. On the left wing will be an outdoor kitchen that opens up into the interior kitchen, as well as a poolside veranda complete with dining tables, a fireplace, and television.

There will certainly be more to come very soon about this available property, including ground breaking home technologies and lifestyle enhancing features revealed, so stay tuned!
