  2. Design Process: We work as a design-build team to bring your vision to life. Whether you have a specific design in mind or need assistance in conceptualizing your dream home, we are here to create a personalized and unique living space tailored to your preferences while keeping your desired budget realistic. We accomplish this through in person or virtual meetings, and you can expect this process to take anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months depending on your availability and clarity of goals.

  3. Land and Landscape Planning: Designing your dream home goes beyond the home – it includes careful land and landscape planning. Our team will assist you in choosing the ideal siting for your custom-built home on the lot, considering factors such as grading, solar exposure, privacy, tree preservation, and working with on-site utilities such as well and septic. This process can take 4 weeks, so it’s important that we discuss budgetary goals throughout the design process to ensure feasibility. If changes are desired after the initial estimate, no problem. We are poised to redesign spaces or change specs at this stage. Once we arrive at a plan and estimate that meets the design goals and budget, we move forward to contract, permit, and breaking-ground!
