We begin with a discovery meeting to understand your vision and define goals. We'll invite you to discuss previous home experiences, provide design inspiration, and enter the design-build process collaboratively.

2. Homesite Selection

We are your land planning and development partner. We have nearly 40 years’ experience evaluating land and unlocking the unique magic hidden within every homesite. Explore our current lot availability, or invite us into your land-planning process. Together we’ll explore development potential, home placement, and landscape planning.

Step 3

3. Home Design

From inspiration, to concept, to architectural plans — we guide you through every step of the process. We’ll help you prioritize your goals and design optimally for the site. Utilizing our network of architectural and engineering partners, together we’ll achieve the level of home, system, and landscape design you desire.

Step 4

4. Budget & Analysis

Using a combination of in-house estimation and proposals from our trade partners, we produce a lender-ready contract budget. Budgets reflect the customizability, craftmanship, and high-performance systems our clients expect from a Bost Home.

Step 5

5. Selections

Our team will guide you and your interior designer through the selection sign-off process. We'll schedule showroom appointments, manage proposals and orders, and compile a comprehensive selection catalog for the project, completely unique to your tastes.

Step 6

6. Build Phase

Join us in bringing your dream home to life. Receive regular project updates and documentation through a project management app. We’ll provide key milestone walkthroughs on site to facilitate mid-construction customizations, and ensure all creative and budget goals are balanced throughout the process, from groundbreaking to final payment and move-in.
